SG HRM is an internal employee HR and attendance application used for attendance and time tracking, leave management, shift and location-based attendance workflows, company announcements, notifications, company policy access, and HR self-service features.

D. Location information

If enabled by company policy, we may process latitude, longitude, location accuracy, assigned office or work location, geofence validation result, and mock or fake GPS detection result.

If required by company policy, the app may collect check-in and check-out photos for attendance verification and internal HR compliance purposes.

If enabled by company policy, the app may collect liveness verification status and liveness score.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards including authenticated access, token-based session handling, role-based access, server-side validation, secure device token registration, and fraud detection features.

Depending on applicable law and company policy, users may request access, correction, deletion where legally permitted, restriction of processing, or export of certain information.

8. Third-Party Services

The app may rely on third-party services for limited operational purposes, including Firebase Authentication, Firebase Cloud Messaging, hosting providers, and platform services provided by Apple and Google.
