These terms are designed to comply with Bahrain’s Consumer Protection Law No. 35 of 2012, its regulations, and other applicable laws, while protecting the interests of Wool House. We reserve the right to enforce these terms to the fullest extent permitted by law.
1. General Use of the Website
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into contracts to use woolhouse.me or make purchases. By using our services, you confirm you meet these requirements.
- License to Use: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use woolhouse.me for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent from Wool House.
- Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:

2. Purchases and Payments

- Pricing and Taxes: Prices are in Bahraini Dinar (BHD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update prices without notice. Promotional discounts are subject to specific terms and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
- Payment: You must use approved payment methods (e.g., credit/debit card, cash on delivery). By providing payment details, you confirm you are authorized to use the method. We are not liable for errors or delays caused by incorrect payment information.
- Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of payment and our written acknowledgment (e.g., email confirmation). We may contact you to verify order details.
- Shipping and Delivery: Delivery timelines are estimates and subject to change. Wool House is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, force majeure, or incorrect shipping information provided by you. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Risk of Loss: Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery or collection of the product.
3. Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
Our return policy complies with Bahrain’s Consumer Protection Law No. 35 of 2012 while imposing strict conditions to protect our business. Returns are accepted only under the following terms to ensure fairness and operational efficiency.
3.1 Eligibility for Returns
- Time Limit: Returns must be initiated within 15 days from the purchase or delivery date, as mandated by Bahrain law. Returns after this period are not accepted, except for verified manufacturing defects discovered later (subject to our inspection).
- Condition: Items must be:
- Unused, unworn, unwashed, and free of damage, odors (e.g., perfume, smoke), or alterations.
- Returned with all original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories (e.g., care instructions).
- In resalable condition, as determined by Wool House.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid original receipt or invoice (physical or digital) is mandatory. Without proof, returns will be denied.
- Eligible Items: Only full-priced items purchased directly from Wool House or A La Mode are eligible. The following are non-returnable unless defective:
- Sale, clearance, or promotional items.
- Customized or tailored products (e.g., monogrammed thawbs).
- Hygienic items (e.g., undergarments, opened perfumes).
- Gift cards or promotional giveaways.
- Color Variations: Colors may differ in product images due to lighting conditions, photography, or device settings. Such discrepancies are not grounds for return unless the item materially deviates from its description (e.g., incorrect fabric).
3.2 Reasons for Return
- Defective or Non-Conforming Items: If an item has a verifiable manufacturing defect or does not match its description (e.g., incorrect material or size per our size chart), you are entitled to remedies under Bahrain law (repair, replacement, or refund).
- Non-Defective Returns: Returns for change of mind, incorrect size, or color preference are accepted at our sole discretion within 15 days, subject to all eligibility conditions. We strongly recommend reviewing our size guides or visiting our stores to avoid such returns.
3.3 Return Process
- Request Authorization: Contact us at +973 1774 8998 or info@woolhouse.me with your order number, reason for return, and photos (for defects). A Return Authorization Number (RAN) will be issued, valid for 7 days. Returns without a RAN will be rejected.
- In-Store Returns Only: Returns must be submitted in person at the original purchase location (e.g., Adliya, City Centre, Seef Mall). Online or mail returns are not accepted to ensure hygiene and proper inspection.
- Required Items: Present the item, original packaging, receipt, and RAN during store hours. Missing components will result in denial.
- Inspection: We will inspect the item within 24-48 hours. If conditions are not met, the return will be denied, and you will be notified with reasons.
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for the cost and risk of transporting the item to our store. Wool House is not liable for loss or damage during transit.
3.4 Refund and Exchange Options
- Defective Items: You may choose:
- Repair: If feasible, within a reasonable time.
- Replacement: For an identical or comparable item, subject to availability.
- Refund: Full refund to the original payment method, excluding shipping fees.
- Store Credit: Valid for 6 months, non-transferable.
- Non-Defective Items: At our discretion, we offer:
- Exchange: For an item of equal or lesser value. You must pay any price difference.
- Store Credit: Non-redeemable for cash, valid for 6 months.
- No Cash Refunds: Cash refunds are not available for non-defective returns.
- Processing Time: Approved returns are processed within 3-5 business days post-inspection. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.
- Deductions: If packaging or accessories are missing, we may deduct a restocking fee (up to 20% of the item’s value) or deny the return.
3.5 Exceptions and Limitations
- Promotions: For promotional purchases (e.g., buy-one-get-one), returning one item may void the discount, resulting in an adjusted refund or credit.
- Hygiene: Items showing signs of use or contamination (e.g., stains, odors) are non-returnable to protect public health.
- International Purchases: Returns from outside Bahrain are not accepted due to logistical constraints.
- Custom Orders: Non-returnable unless defective, as they are made to your specifications.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or inability to process returns due to unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions).
4. Intellectual Property
All content on woolhouse.me, including but not limited to text, images, logos, designs, and trademarks, is owned by Sharif Group or its licensors and protected under Bahrain’s Law No. 22 of 2006 on Copyright and Neighboring Rights. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action, including claims for damages.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Bahrain law:
- Wool House is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website, products, or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
- We are not responsible for damages caused by:
- Your misuse of products or failure to follow care instructions.
- Color variations due to lighting conditions, device settings, or other factors.
- Third-party actions (e.g., courier delays, payment processor errors).
- Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics).
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
- We make no warranties, express or implied, beyond those required by Bahrain’s Consumer Protection Law.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wool House, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
- Your misuse of the website or products.
- Your provision of inaccurate or fraudulent information.
- Any third-party claims related to your actions.
7. Privacy

8. Termination

- Dispute Resolution: Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. We reserve the right to seek injunctive relief or other remedies to protect our business interests.
- Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Manama, Bahrain, unless otherwise required by law.
10. Your Legal Rights
Under Bahrain’s Consumer Protection Law:
- You have 15 days to return defective or non-conforming items for repair, replacement, or refund at no additional cost.
- Suppliers must honor warranties or guarantees where applicable.

These terms do not limit your statutory rights but outline additional conditions for non-defective returns and website use.
11. Force Majeure
Wool House is not liable for delays, failures, or inability to perform obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or supply chain disruptions.
12. Amendments
We may update these Terms at our discretion to reflect changes in law, business practices, or operations. The latest version will be posted on woolhouse.me. Continued use of our website or services after updates constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be notified via email or website notice, where feasible.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, it will be severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any order confirmations, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wool House, superseding any prior agreements or communications.
