At Wool House, every order is prepared with care and attention to detail. We aim to provide a smooth, reliable, and premium delivery experience for our customers in Bahrain, across the GCC, the Middle East, and selected international destinations.
We offer flexible delivery options, including Standard Delivery, Express Delivery, and Store Pickup from our Wool House physical store in Bahrain.
Bahrain Delivery
For customers in Bahrain, we offer two delivery options: Standard Delivery and Express Delivery.

Express Delivery orders are handled with higher priority by our team and are processed faster than Standard Delivery orders.
Please note that delivery timing may vary depending on order confirmation time, courier schedule, public holidays, address accuracy, and circumstances outside our control.
Store Pickup
Customers may also choose Store Pickup at checkout.
Store Pickup is available from our Wool House physical store in Bahrain only. This option is available for customers in Bahrain and also for GCC customers who wish to collect their order personally or through their own arrangement.
Once your order is ready, our team will notify you. Please bring your order confirmation or invoice when collecting your items.
GCC & Middle East Delivery
For GCC and Middle East orders, Wool House uses trusted courier delivery services, including SMSA Express, to ensure your order is handled safely and professionally.
Customers can choose between Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
Express Shipping is processed faster and receives higher priority in our order preparation and dispatch process. Standard Shipping is a more economical option, but the delivery time is normally around two times longer than Express Shipping, depending on the destination country and courier operations.

Delivery estimates are calculated in working days and may vary due to customs clearance, public holidays, local courier operations, incomplete address details, or other factors outside our control.
Rest of the World Shipping
For destinations outside Bahrain, the GCC, and the Middle East, international shipping is available at a fixed rate.

For international orders outside the region, delivery time may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, courier network, and local delivery conditions.
Customs, Duties & Import Charges
For international shipments, any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, clearance charges, or government fees charged in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Wool House is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, missing information, destination-country regulations, or additional import requirements.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment confirmation and order verification.
Express orders are given priority handling and are usually prepared faster than Standard orders. Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, or outside working hours may be processed on the next working day.
During busy seasons, promotions, new collection launches, Eid periods, or public holidays, order processing and delivery may take slightly longer than usual.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Please make sure your address includes the correct building number, road or street, block or zone, city, country, and contact number. Wool House is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable address details.
If the courier is unable to deliver due to incorrect address information or unsuccessful contact with the customer, additional delivery charges may apply.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared where available. Customers can use the tracking information to follow the shipment status directly through the courier’s tracking system.
Our team will also be available to assist you if you need support with your delivery.
Important Delivery Notes
All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, customs clearance, public holidays, incomplete address details, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched, except where required by applicable law or where the issue is caused by Wool House.
